My work as a Natural History/Wildlife illustrator has brought a variety of interesting and sometimes challenging projects over the years. From book jackets and magazine illustrations to paintings for fine bone china and museum exhibits, each year brings a new illustration venture to tackle. My style is generally detailed and realistic and this is nearly always the requirements of those commissioning illustrations from me. Most of my work appears in books, part work magazines and collector card series but it has also been used in children's jigsaw puzzles and games, adverts and product packaging and on museum information panels.
