Returns and Refunds 

As most items are printed to order they cannot be returned or refunded unless:

• damaged in transit
  
• the wrong item has been delivered or  
  
• the item received is not as shown & described on my website

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if you believe one if the above conditions apply.  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for one of these reasons. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact me at kim.thompson7@btinternet.com.   If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package.    Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
